Jim and Carol are part of a missionary church planting team working with the Landuma tribal people in Guinea, West Africa. Jim's primary ministry is Bible teaching and discipleship. Carol is learning Landuma language and culture and teaching kindergarten to the fifth of the Sheffields' five children. Jim and Carol have also been serving as dorm parents in our boarding school for the last three years.
